The Performing Smartist was born from an unlikely mix of psychology, corporate strategy and the theatre. We saw that brilliant people often know exactly what they want to say, but haven’t been given the tools to make it land. So we took the techniques actors use to connect, influence and own a room, and brought them into the workplace.
Today, we help high-performing teams turn their expertise into communication people remember.

Hi! I'm Yasmeen. I love helping people sound as brilliant as they actually are.
Yasmeen Audi is the founder of The Performing Smartist, where she helps founders, executives, and high-performing teams sharpen their message and delivery in high-stakes communication moments.
With a background spanning Psychology at Harvard, advertising in New York, and professional acting in London, her work blends business strategy, storytelling, and performance psychology to create fast, visible transformation in the room.
She has coached professionals at organizations including BlackRock, PwC/Strategy&, UCL, and LSE. She’s on a mission to help ambitious people communicate with the kind of clarity, confidence, and presence that gets them heard, trusted, and remembered.
